Overview
This course examines economic aspects of public policymaking and
the interface between economics and political science in both industrialised
and developing countries. Topics will include: monetary policy formation;
international economic co-operation; the World Bank and International
Monetary Fund; the economics of democracy; the economics of violent
conflict.
