Opened in 1994 as an accommodation complex for the School of Business' executive education programmes, the Executive Residence has developed into one of Dunedin's leading providers of boutique accommodation.

Specialising in accommodation for the University of Otago and adjacent tertiary providers, the Executive Residence is also popular with corporate visitors to Dunedin.

The Executive Residence boasts 24 exquisite rooms incorporating all the features expected of a five-star venue and has superb facilities for meetings, interviews, conferences and retreats, dinners and cocktail parties.
