Paul Theivananthampillai

Lecturer

Paul has been in Otago from 1989 having earned his MCom(Hons) from the University of New South Wales and his PhD from the University of Otago. He is a certified SAP consultant in Strategic Enterprise Management and is a Certified Practising Accountant of Australia. Paul has extensive executive education and facilitated candidates preparing for examinations by both the Institute of Chartered Accountants (ICANZ) and the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants in New Zealand.

He has taught at all levels of the BCom degree and the postgraduate level. He has supervised PhD, Masters and Honours students to the sucessful completion of their degrees. His research interests are Strategic Management, Performance Management, Information Systems, Change Management, Research Methods and Intellectual Capital.
