Clare is a lecturer in the department and her teaching interests include Accounting Information Systems, Information Resource Management, Ethics in Accounting and Management Control Systems. She is currently the course convenor for ACCT 306 Accounting Information Systems.

Clare’s research investigates the transition from an open outcry market to electronic trading in the SFE. Using a critical accounting theoretical framework this work investigates changes at both global and local levels. Other interests include accounting education research, indigenous accounting and sociology of work.
