Linda Harold MMS(Dist) CA

Linda is lecturer in accounting and joined the department in January 2007. Linda came with 17 years experience as a lecturer in accounting in tertiary institutions and five years experience as an accountant in both chartered accountancy and business situations. She is a Chartered Accountant and a member of the New Zealand Institute of Chartered Accountants.

Linda is currently completing her PhD that involves a study of stakeholder perceptions of performance indicators in NZ universities.

Linda’s main area of teaching is financial accounting and she is currently convenor of ACCT 211 Financial Accounting and Reporting.

Research interests:
Performance management and financial reporting.
